Tris Snyder
Narrator
Tris Snyder is a totally blind audio description quality expert, VO artist and award-winning audio engineer. He has produced thousands of hours of audio description for television and film over the past eighteen years. You can hear his voice on such shows and movies as Modern Family, The Middle, Speechless, The Goldbergs, The Expanse, and The Good Doctor. Tris is a strong proponent of the hiring of blind people at all levels of the audio description industry.

Tavia Gilbert
Narrator
Multi-passionate artist-entrepreneur Tavia Gilbert has built a twenty-year career as an actor, writer, and producer who has performed more than 700 solo, multi-cast, and full-cast audiobooks for virtually every publisher in the industry. She has also been nominated for or won nearly every possible award, including the coveted Audie Award for Best Female Narrator. In addition to being named Audiobook Narrator of the Year by Booklist Magazine, she was part of the full cast — including narrator Meryl Streep — nominated for a Grammy Award for Charlotte’s Web, her character of the Goose highlighted in reviews by Booklist Magazine, AudioFile Magazine, and the New York Times.

Johnny Heller
Narrator
Johnny Heller is an award-winning actor and teacher with credits in voice-over, stage, television, and stand-up comedy. Heller has won two Audie awards and over 20 Earphones awards. AudioFile magazine named Heller one of the top 50 voices of the 20th Century.

Terrilynn Moore
Narrator
Denver artist and Voice Actor Terrilynn Moore was a Denver Police Officer for ten years and also worked in a mental health facility for adolescent females. Terrilynn received her Associate of Science in Digital Media from Jones International University in 2010. She began pursuing her BFA in Painting and Drawing from the University of Colorado Denver and has been recognized by the Honor Society. In June of 2014 she was awarded the College of Art and Media Visual Arts Travel Scholarship which sent her to the National Museum of Women in the Arts to study.

Thomas Reid
Narrator
In 2004, while working as an IT developer, Thomas lost his sight to cancer. Disturbed by the lack of accessibility, he helped launch a local advocacy organization. He later pursued a dormant interest in audio production to help promote topics pertaining to vision loss. With a strong focus on audio, Reid My Mind is a platform for Thomas to share interviews, stories, opinions in all media formats.

Tanya Milojevic
Narrator
Voice acting has been Tanja’s passion ever since she can remember! She brings her truth and sincerity to each role. Acting allows her to freely express herself and put voices to diverse/complex characters. Now-a-days she gets behind the microphone to voice characters for radio dramas, adds, commercials, stories, museum exhibits and games from home.

Roy Samuelson

Over billions of ears have heard the voice of Roy Samuelson, a leading and well-respected Hollywood Voiceover Artist. For over two decades, his deep, soulful and commanding vocal skills have garnered him incredible success behind the microphone, contributing to literally thousands of vocal promos on Los Angeles’ NPR station KCRW. Roy also gains critical praise and garners much work in the ever-growing area of Audio Description.

Ann Richardson
Narrator
Ann began narrating in 2008 and has since received awarded three AudioFile Magazine’s Earphones Awards and has been a multi-time finalist for the Society of Voice Arts Awards. When not narrating, she volunteers her time recording for print-disabled listeners, mentoring new narrators, and giving presentations about audiobooks to writers’ groups.

Joel Snyder

One of the first audio describers, Joel Snyder, PhD is a true pioneer in the audio description field. He began describing theater events and media in 1981. Joel is the founder of the American Council of the Blind’s Audio Description Project (ADP) designed to boost awareness of description in all formats throughout the United States.

Bonnie Barlow
Audio Description Writer and Narrator
Bonnie is a well known audio describer having been involved over three decades writing and performing live description of over 240 plays including Hamilton and Wicked. She writes scripts for films and broadcast TV for shows like Blackish and The Middle, for Netflix on shows like Grace and Frankie and Amazon Video. She describes on location and remotely for entertainment including ballet, opera, museum exhibits, streamed events and film festivals. She has provided description scripts and narration for such organizations as No Barriers USA and Reelabilities. Bonnie trains other describers and consults with venues wishing to provide audio description of their content. An artist herself, Bonnie especially appreciates bringing the pictures in the children’s illustrated books to life.
